                       What are they?

     We all have spirit guides it is just some of us know they are there working with us and some of us don’t.  Each and every one of us has many of them, not all are needed in our everyday lives.  Some people have one or two but with a lot more in the background.  They come forward when needed and commune with us daily, it is a matter of really listening.

    Having once lived on earth Guides are souls that have crossed over, we have Angels that help us to, but they have never spent time on earth like the guides.  Your guide can be a member of your family that has crossed but more often your guide will have chosen you because what is in your life in that moment.  They will have an understanding or love of path that you have chosen or about to choose. 

    Your loved ones are always there for you to call upon for comfort any time you wish, but please remember that it is not good for you or your loved one if you rely on them to much.  They have there purpose in the after life and you have yours in this, calling on them too much keeps you in the past and in the hope of what is not suppose to be.     

    Have you ever had that feeling that you should turn left instead of right up an unusual path; then find that you run into and old friend you have not seen in years?  Well most times that is your guide, guiding you on your path. 

    Or have you misplaced your keys and suddenly out of no where it just pops into you’re head on where they are?  Not just things like that, a fascination in something you have never shown an interest in before may be your guides showing you your way.  They are there to guide you to help live your life to the fullest and help you with your life lessons that you should learn from and move on!  In a way they help you evolve into the person you are suppose to be.  Yet ultimately it is up to you and your free will to decide on what you do with your life…  Not only this they are there to protect us when we knowingly or unknowingly astral travel in our sleep or in meditation.  Even when we pass over to the spirit realm they will be there along with our loved ones that has passed before us.   

    Your guides know all your deepest and darkest thoughts, yet they are not going to judge you at all.  They may gently tell you that those thought are not right for you.  Same goes with your actions, having a strong bond with them will let you know what is right and wrong along with your own knowlage.

    When you make contact with your guides you should receive a feeling of unconditional love and kindness.  At anytime you think your guide is telling you to do something you know is wrong or not right, it is not your guide at all and ask one of the arch angels to come and help protect you.  Tell this entity to leave you alone and then stop all contact.  You will know right away if you have contacted something that is not your guide. The essence of your guide will be something familiar and comforting to you that you have always known! 

    What do they really look like?

Well they are of pure light that can take on any form that they know will be of comfort to you.  So to describe what they look like, I would have to say picture the brightest white light with a rough outline of a human form.  Due to the volume of brilliance it is very hard to say if it is indeed a human form…  Shape shifting into what is familiar to you is the key to supporting this loving relationship between you both.    

    These beings are with you always no matter what life throws at you or how lonely you become.  The good news is that even if you cannot make contact the way you are hoping for they are still there for you! 

    How can you contact your guide?

Try in meditation visualizing your own special sanctuary and then calling your guide to come join you.  You might only just feel their presents at first.  Talk with them when ever you like there is no need to meditate.  If you ask them a question look for signs or dreams you may have. 

Always remember if you feel uncertain about your guide and they tell you to do things you know are not right or they make you feel disconcerted in anyway please see your doctor.  There might be a medical reason that can be treated by your physician…

A bit of info about guide Paintings (How I do them)
with the guides that I paint; they come to me in whatever form they see fit. I am a very feminine person so I find the female guides come to me more easily than male guides. When they do come to me via my guide Ariel it is of their choosing so when I do paint them to my best ability it will not capture any of their substance.

Faerie and the like tend to be the form the take with me, because I am very much that way of mind. I take the form they show me as a way of expressing further messages. Each form has different meanings and guidance for the person I am doing the painting for.
